Payment Terms
- Full payment is required prior to course commencement.
- Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before course: Full refund.
- 12–30 days before course: 75% refund.
- 7–12 days before course: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before course: No refund (unless otherwise agreed with BMS Electrical Training CIC).
Transfers & Administration
- Transfers: Requests to transfer to an alternative date are at the discretion of BMS Electrical Training.
- Administration Charge: Changes to any booking may incur a minimum £50 administration fee to cover booking costs.
Delegate Eligibility:
- It is the responsibility of each delegate to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements for the course prior to booking.
- BMS Electrical Training CIC cannot be held liable for bookings made by delegates who do not meet the stated prerequisites.
- Where a delegate books onto a course they are not eligible to attend (for example, the Trend System Engineering course), the booking will be cancelled and a £50.00 administration fee will be charged to cover processing costs, including charges applied by our payment provider.
Course Cancellation by BMS
If BMS Electrical Training CIC must cancel a course, we will provide as much notice as possible. Delegates will be offered either:
- A transfer to an alternative date, or
- A full refund of course fees paid directly to us.
Please note: BMS Electrical Training CIC cannot be held liable for indirect or additional expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation). Delegates are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance or cancellation cover for such costs.
